Enjoy eating one of the best seven-course Indian feasts ever. After the class, come away with knowledge on how to easily prepare your delicious curries, dals, and meat-based dishes. Add a wholesome, healthy Indian way of cooking to your home-cooked, fresh meals.

Gain the confidence to be familiar with spices and lentils that you can use when cooking other dishes and cuisines.

On the menu, cook and eat a chicken kadhai, spinach and lentil dal, dum aloo (deep fried potatoes in a tomato and yogurt sauce), chickpea curry using a base sauce that you will also learn to make, lemon and peanut fried rice, mushroom korma, and bhature (deep fried sourdough bread).

If you are doing a group booking for six, the menu can be changed as per your requirements. The class also caters to food intolerance, so let the host know if you cannot have one of the dishes below and they will arrange something else for you.
