What you can expect

Meet at the launching site at Manns Point Boat Ramp and begin your sunrise paddle at 5:00 AM. Leave the starting point and head towards the Harbour Bridge.

First, enjoy the view of the city skyline, including Crown Towers and Sydney Tower. Then, just a few minutes into the trip, the skyline will open up to take in the Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House as the sun starts to color the sky.

The trip will last between 2-3 hours, including a safety briefing and equipment fitting, depending on conditions and how everyone is feeling.

Wear sports-type clothing, including shoes that can get wet, synthetic tights or shorts, a comfy sports-type shirt, and a hat. Hats are available for purchase, and spare rashies are available if you need to borrow one. Bring a towel and a change of clothes to get changed into when you finish. Public toilets are available for changing.
