However, please note that knife skills won't be covered, ensuring a disappointment-free experience for those seeking such expertise.

Concerning ingredients, we typically use raw salmon and tuna, but we cater to dietary preferences and restrictions with a Non-Raw Fish Menu, Vegetarian Menu, Gluten-Free Menu, etc.
