What you can expect

In this Amazonian gastronomy experience you will be able to choose between two types of experiences of japanese and brazilian/amazon styles with different plates that you will never try in any other place in the world!

The first option it is a tradicional style of japanese/brazilian gourmet chooses of different kinds of sushi coming to your table! A special selection of the chef that you give you a special taste of the asian cuisine culture in brazil. In this same place you can choose, maybe, instead of this special selection, an asian live barbecue presentation with your favorite option of protein.

The second option is a special selection of a japanese Chef that came to Manaus more than forty years ago and made a special menu with mixes of amazonian and japanese tradicional sushis to find a very unique flavour!

Brazil is known for hold the biggest number of japanese people living outside of Japan and for sure you will feel how that fact gave a new level of how the japanese cuisine is made in Brazil and specially in Manaus.
