Here’s what your session includes: A 2-hour surf lesson, available as a private or small group session All equipment provided – we’ll choose the right board and wetsuit together, based on your size, experience, and the day’s conditions We’ll check out the local surf spots to find the best waves for the day A warm-up and beach theory session – we start with stretching, then go over paddling, stance, pop-up technique, and how to read the waves Guided practice in the water – time to catch waves with close support and live tips from your instructor If you choose the lunch option, enjoy a beachside picnic, then head back into the water for a relaxed 2-hour free surf session.
