As the sun sets, indulge in the serene beauty and powerful movements of Pilates in a tranquil setting. Our expert instructors will guide you through a harmonious practice, leaving you refreshed and connected to the calming energy of the sunset. The class is 50 minutes long and is available to all abilities, including complete beginners.

We recommend you arrive 10 minutes before the class is due to start. We provide mats but recommend you bring a large towel and water.
