An aperitif at the Genna Salt Pans in Marsala is a multi-sensory experience that transforms the setting of the sun into a regenerating ritual. As the sun descends over the Stagnone Lagoon and tinges the pools with pink and gold, you can experience the unique thrill of walking and sitting directly in the salt pools, often barefoot to feel the texture of the crystals under your skin. The Aperifish Experience combines wellness and local cuisine: Aperitif by the pool: the dishes include Sicilian specialties such as swordfish caponata, seafood salad, cold couscous and shrimp.
