Begin your morning surrounded by the sound of gentle waves and the refreshing sea breeze — the perfect setting to awaken your body and mind. Your class starts with gentle warm-up stretches and breathing techniques (Pranayama) to connect your energy with nature. Then, flow through a series of traditional Indian Hatha and Vinyasa yoga postures, guided by Master Deepak, an experienced yoga teacher from India who blends classical yoga wisdom with a friendly, accessible teaching style.
