(2) We would kindly ask that you refrain from filming any participants who have not given their permission to be recorded. (3) Do not film people who are not allowed to film, as specified by us.
【Children’s Participation】・Children under 4 years of age are welcome to accompany you; however, they may only observe the session. ・For children aged 5 and older, observation is complimentary. Should they wish to participate, please place an order for each child who will be taking part.

Gymnastics (injury prevention) 8. Suriashi (Foot work practice) 9. Teppo (Pushing practice) 10. Butsukari(Charging practice) 11. Sumo Bouts!! (As much as you want!) ～After the Sumo Experience～ 1. Commemorative photos, etc. 2. Shower 3. Goodbye. Have a nice day! 【Outfit】 During the sumo experience, guests will wear a "mawashi" (sumo belt). For your comfort, we recommend wearing sports leggings or similar clothing underneath. T-shirts are optional, so feel free to wear one if you'd like! For female guests, we suggest wearing comfortable, easy-to-move-in clothing underneath the mawashi.
