Day 1: Arrival, Snorkeling, and Sunset Hike
Start your adventure with a boat transfer from Sumbawa Besar Harbor to Pulau Stonda. Upon arrival, check in to your beachfront bungalow or eco-lodge and enjoy a welcome drink.
Next, head out on a snorkeling session to explore the coral reefs around the island. Expect to see colorful tropical fish and clear turquoise water. Afterward, enjoy a fresh seafood lunch at the lodge.
In the afternoon, relax on the beach, go for a swim, or try kayaking around the calm shoreline. As the day winds down, embark on a short trek to the island’s viewpoint for breathtaking sunset views over the Flores Sea.
End your day with a BBQ seafood dinner or local Indonesian dishes by the beach. After dinner, enjoy stargazing and a campfire, taking advantage of the minimal light pollution for a perfect view of the night sky.
Day 2: Sunrise and Return
Wake up early for an optional hike to the viewpoint for a magical sunrise experience. Afterward, enjoy a simple island-style breakfast at the lodge.
Spend your last morning on the island swimming, snorkeling, or taking photos. Then, check out and take a boat transfer back to Sumbawa Besar Harbor, where your trip ends.
