The secrets of beer and food pairing: Discover the basics of harmonious beer and food pairing. Learn how beer's aromas and flavors complement certain products, cheeses, charcuterie and other aperitif delights (vegetarian option available).

Guided tasting: Enjoy a selection of 4 craft beers, each accompanied by a matching aperitif board. Mature cheeses, fine charcuterie, olives, nuts and other delicacies are on the menu to create new pairings. Our experts will guide you through each pairing, explaining the choices and subtleties of each combination.

Sensory experience: sharpen your senses by discovering new combinations. Learn to recognize aromatic profiles and appreciate the nuances that emerge when the right beers are paired with the right foods.
