You must not arrive at any meeting point as you are on your own. The ferry service starts at 8.30h and you will be able to access Ellis Island until 13.30h. We recommend starting the visit between 8.30h and 11h. The ticket must be validated before accessing the ferry on Statue Cruises, Battery Park, New York, NY 10004.
Important: Please note that the ticket that we send the day before the tour is the one you need to show on the ferry (by email or tlph). This option does not include a live guide.

This tour includes a Live Guided Tour with a professional guide. Enjoy the wonderful views of the city from the ferry, and discover the history of the Statue and its construction during the visit to its Museum. At the end of the tour, you will visit the Immigration Museum and learn about this important part of New York City that has determined its culture and lifestyle.

The tour guide is not allowed to guide in specific areas like the ferry or inside the Museums.

- Due to site regulations, your guide may not be able to join you inside the Museums. Nevertheless, they will provide a comprehensive explanation of what you will encounter during your visit.
- The tour has a duration of 4 hours (if guided tour option is selected)
- The journey between islands is done by ferry
- The tour features live commentary provided by the guide in both languages (Spanish and English)
