You'll arrive at our farm and be greeted in peace first. At the beginning, you'll get an overview of the llama farm and the special features of our animal husbandry in the mountains of Obwalden. Then you'll get to know our llama herd and learn how the animals live, communicate, and function as a group. You'll meet the animals up close, you can touch them, and you'll experience the respectful, animal-friendly handling in everyday farm life firsthand.

Later on, you'll also meet the other farm animals and get information about their care, needs, and role in farm life. There's plenty of time for questions and to consciously observe the animals and the environment. The farm tour is designed to be quiet, without any hustle and bustle or performance demands, and is based on the pace of the group and the animals.

At the end, the visit ends with a refreshing drink in a quiet atmosphere. You'll have time to let the farm and your experience sink in. You can check out our farm products. They are partly created in cooperation with young people as part of the daily structure and can be purchased directly on site if you're interested. The activity is suitable for anyone who wants to experience animals mindfully and get an authentic insight into farm life.
