Begin your experience by meeting your guide at the farm. Listen to a brief health and safety talk, taking you through all the dos and don’ts with alpacas.

Next, get up close and acquainted with your alpaca for the trek. Enjoy a 5-10 minute introductory period to ensure you feel totally comfortable with your new friend. This is a great time for alpaca-related questions that your guide will be more than happy to answer.

Once you are fully comfortable walking your alpaca, head out onto Wetley Moor. Walk just under a mile at an alpaca pace, which is usually slow and steady. Take in the beautiful surroundings and snap some photos along the way.
