A scenic drive upwards to Morne Fortune which stands at 852ft above sea level, takes you to the 122 year old Howelton House, home of the famed Caribbelle Batik.

This eight acre property offers lush tropical gardens and amazing views of the city below and beyond. It is in this setting that you will participate in the interactive chocolate making process of grinding cocoa nibbs and blendng the various ingredients to masterfully craft your very own chocolate bar, under the watchful eye of the resident chocolatier.

Browse through the wide range of items at the Gift Shop, view the intricate Batik process and much more. Relax on the patio, and enjoy a drink from the cellar.

Journey onwards through the tropical vegetation and banana plantations before arriving at the quaint fishing village of Anse La Raye. Visit beautiful Marigot Bay before returning to the ship.
