Your journey begins with a curated bourbon and chocolate pairing in a private tasting room. Led by one of our Bourbon Stewards, you’ll savor three of the distillery’s premium bourbons, each paired with a locally made gourmet chocolate truffle. This guided sensory session helps you explore the layers of flavor in both bourbon and chocolate—from notes of oak, spice, and caramel to deep cocoa, fruit, and floral undertones.

Following the tasting, guests are taken on an immersive tour through the historic distillery. Explore the beautifully restored 1907 ice plant and get a close-up look at every step of the bourbon-making process, from Florida-grown grains to barrel aging and bottling.
