This mindfulness meditation walk helps you release internal tensions and leads to inner balance and letting go, which are necessary for the creative workshop that follows.

Then we head further south to the Ravine des Cafres, a steep coast of volcanic rocks formed by ancient lava flows and swept by powerful waves, offering a grandiose natural panorama!

Finally, we'll head further south to Le Baril, a village in the municipality of Saint Philippe.

Right next to the picnic area, a natural swimming pool has been set up, allowing for swimming (remember to bring a swimsuit/towel).
