  • Please be cautious of theft due to the lost key. Valuables must be stored at the counter, as we are not responsible for items lost or stolen due to personal negligence. A compensation fee of 20,000 KRW will be required for a lost key.
  • Large items that cannot be stored in the locker room should be checked and receive a confirmation ticket at the counter and stored in the designated area.
  • The luggage storage service allows you to store large items, such as suitcases, before entering and retrieve them after going out.
  • Based on your payment tiem you can use this service for 24 hours, feel free to store your luggage and return to use the remaining time!
  • The men's bathhouse cleaning time is 00:00~02:00, and the women's bathhouse cleaning time is 23:00~01:00. During these hours, some bathhouse facilities may be unavailable.
  • You must bring your own shampoo and conditioner or purchase disposable products for use in the sauna.
  • At night time, Male body scrub service is unavailable on Monday.
  • Luggage Storage Service option, You can store large items such as suitcases before entering the sauna and re-enter after a single outing.
  • Luggage Storage Service option, Based on your payment time, you can use this service for 24 hours
