In this hands-on experience, you’ll learn to prepare classic Barcelona-inspired dishes from croquettes to dessert and featuring iconic seafood paella. Perfect for gaining confidence with authentic Spanish ingredients and techniques. The menu you will prepare includes: - Starter: Potato croquettes with Manchego cheese and roasted red pepper aioli - Bread: Pan con tomate with toasted ciabatta, olive oil, tomatoes and garlic - Salad: Citrus and avocado salad with arugula, shaved fennel, seasonal citrus and sherry vinaigrette - Main Course: Seafood paella with bomba rice, shrimp, fish, mussels and chorizo, flavored with saffron - Dessert: Tarta de Santiago with almonds, citrus and Amaretto Guests are welcome to enjoy their creations during class and take home any extras.
