Meeting/Redemption Point
- Your driver will meet you at the terminal building exit. Your driver will be holding a sign reading "International Friends," and will accompany you to the bus. There are 4 cruise terminals at Southampton, all slightly different but you will have a typical walk of about 75 yards to the vehicle where the driver will load your luggage into the hold. Please note that if you are disembarking one of the following ships; Royal Caribbean, Oceania, NCL, Celebrity, Princess & Disney, we will collect you directly from the terminal your ship is docking at, even if your ship is not docking at the terminal reflected on the Google Maps meeting point. You do not need to travel to an alternative terminal to meet your International Friends representative. For customers disembarking a ship not listed above we will get in touch to provide your meeting point location.

What you can expect
Following your departure from Southampton, visit Stonehenge. Shrouded in mystery, learn about the ancient origins of this stone circle, its creators and worshipers, and the alignments to the yearly cycle.
Spend around 2 hours at this awe-inspiring ancient circle and hear the many theories and mysteries behind Stonehenge as you explore this mythical site. Make use of the included shuttle bus to the Stones and enjoy the visitor center, gift shop, and café.
Finally, enjoy a smooth, hassle-free transfer to your London hotel or Heathrow.
Each person is allowed a maximum of 2 items of hold luggage (75x51x28 cm - 23kg each) and 1 item of carry on luggage (55x40x20 cm - 10kg each).
Limits on luggage are worked out based on the space available in the vehicle in which you will be travelling. If you bring extra luggage it will not fit in the vehicle. In this instance you will be responsible for arranging separate transportation for your luggage to your cruise ship, which could result in a stressful start to your holiday! And no one wants that!
Should you wish to bring any mobility aids (wheelchairs or walkers) you MUST contact us in advance to let us know. We will require full dimensions and weight. These items must be able to be folded and stored in the luggage hold and will be counted as 1 item of your hold luggage.
If the luggage you wish to take on your cruise exceeds these limits, please do consider our private taxi option instead where you can select a private vehicle to accommodate your personal luggage requirements.
