- This product is exclusively available to non-Korean nationals. Korean nationals may be denied admission even if they have completed the purchase.
- For safety reasons, admission is restricted to guests aged 12 and above.
- For group reservations of more than 20 people, please contact the café directly prior to booking.
- All guests are required to complete a consent form upon entry. Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
- In the event of a scratch or bite from a cat, basic first aid will be provided; however, the café does not assume liability beyond initial treatment.
- The café is not responsible for any damage or soiling of personal belongings caused by the cats.
- Cat feeding sessions occur daily at 13:30 and 18:30, though timing may be subject to change depending on the cats’ condition or café operations.
- Entry may require a wait depending on the number of visitors at the time of arrival.
