After leaving Tirana at 06:00, we head towards southern Albania to visit 3 UNESCO heritage sites. Passing through Vlora we will have the opportunity to get to know the Independence City. After passing the Passo della Llogara we will have the opportunity to enjoy the extraordinary view of the Albanian Riviera, along the Albanian coast. Then Saranda and the Butrint Park. The ancient Greek and then Roman city and the bishopric in Epirus.

Leaving Saranda, we head towards Gjirokaster with a stop at the fascinating natural spring called the Blue Eye.

Gjirokaster is another city well known in Albanian history for its culture, tradition and excellent food. It is also the birthplace of Enver Hoxha, the former communist dictator and Ismail Kadare, the most famous Albanian writer.

Short city tour and visit to Argjiro Castle, the largest in Albania.

Return to Tirana and end of the tour.
