BREATHE FREELY - OPEN YOUR HEART

This 4-hour retreat is an invitation for you to come fully into yourself. In a protected, natural space on Mallorca, I will guide you mindfully through an intensive breathing journey that connects you with your heart, your body and your inner light.

You will be invited to let go deeply - emotionally, physically and energetically.

Through conscious breathing techniques, somatic impulses, silence and loving support, a space of healing and reconnection is created.

Your breath is your key.
Your heart is the path.
You yourself are the goal.

The room is deliberately kept small and confidential - maximum 4 women. Couples coaching is available on request if you would like to experience this deep process together with your partner - man or woman. This creates a unique, powerful space for heart connection and authentic experience.

You don't need any previous experience - just a willingness to open up and allow yourself to be gently touched.

You will feel lighter, more connected and more peaceful after the retreat.
