Water walk along the Ceira riverbed. This river has a well-preserved riparian gallery. It begins at the reservoir of the Monte Redondo Hydroelectric Power Station. The route includes passing and crossing dams and rocks, with optional jumps up to 8 metres. Next to the power station there is a spectacular waterfall. Halfway through the route we have a slide into the water and the possibility of jumping with a “Tarzan” rope on the river bank. The final part of the route can be done swimming or walking along the shore. This sector of the river has a very lush surrounding landscape. During the route it is possible to do apnea. It ends at Casa de Campo Vale do Ceira, the meeting point. This activity is a gentler form of canyoning, suitable for beginners with some dexterity and physical stamina.
