Jigokudani Snow Monkey Park

The Jigokudani Yaen-koen is located in the Valley of Yokoyu River sourced from Shiga-Kogen of the Joshinetsu-Kogen National Park in northern part of Nagano prefecture. You can see the wild monkeys unwinding and warming up in the hot springs.
Obuse-machi

Obuse is a small town in northern part of Nagano Prefecture. Hokusai, a renowned woodblock painter, who is best known for his ukiyo-e woodblock print, The Great Wave off Kanagawa, spent the later years of his life in Obuse. You can feel traditonal Japanese atmosphere.
