This is an authentic tea ceremony, practiced in the traditional way and guided by a tea master. You won’t just watch a tea ceremony in Tokyo—this is a hands-on experience. You’ll take part in the ceremony and learn the meaning behind each movement as you practice. The experience follows traditional tea practice and is open to all ages, including children. Kimono rental is available if you would like to wear traditional clothing, with staff helping you dress properly. More than just drinking tea, you’ll also learn the meaning of Ichigo Ichie—the idea of treasuring each moment.
