Combine a delicious dinner with a chance to learn the taste of Greece, all while enjoying a meal that you have just prepared. Join a small group instructed by an expert chef, and get to know the wonderful world of Mediterranean cuisine before indulging in your 3-course meal. The dinner typically includes the preparation of 3 to 4 starters, salad, a main dish and a dessert. Menus vary according to season as well as the fresh produce and meat available at the local market.

Once your cooking instructor introduces you to the season's fresh ingredients, get hands-on to prepare an authentic feast. Listen to local seasoning tips, and learn new cooking tricks as you use easy-to-follow recipes to create each dish.

Next, it's time to roll up your sleeves and put it all into practice by preparing a starter, main course, and sweet dessert. Allow the conversation to unfold as you learn about local culture and history while you savor the enticing smells of a delicious Greek meal, accompanied by a glass of wine or soft drink.
