We begin with tuning in, a short breathing meditation, gentle stretches followed by a 45 minute deep relaxation to the sound of the largest meditation gong collection in Asia. Suitable for all age groups, no experience necessary and beneficial to all. We finish with a transition of homemade yogi spiced tea.
