Sólheimajökull is a “glacier tongue” reaching out from the massive Mýrdalsjökull ice cap. No prior experience with glacier hiking is required as the focus is on a safe and enjoyable introduction to the ice. The team meets you directly at the Sólheimajökull parking lot located just a short drive from the main South Coast Ring Road and Vík.
