My birdwatching tours are organized in a very ecological and “slow” way: it is in fact possible to participate in small groups. During the itinerary we make some stops to observe the animals. The optical instruments available to participants allow them to capture moments of nature from a considerable distance, and then enjoy photographic shots. In the summer period there are often large groups of flamingos (some thousands), but also other very beautiful and fascinating species such as shelducks, avocets, black-winged stilts, oystercatchers and terns. Having this experience means discovering the fascinating naturalistic and landscape heritage of Pialassa Baiona and, together, retracing the evolution of the territory from the time of the Romans to the present day, touching first-hand the intertwining of nature, history (with the Garibaldi tradition and the Resistance) and the life of the valley's inhabitants.
