You must contact sales@citywonders.com with full passenger name(s) and date of birth immediately after booking.
* Please note all participant names and date of birth are required in order to enter the Vatican. If we do not receive this information, we will cancel the booking. Name changes are not permitted once the booking is confirmed.
* Please be advised that this tour option is non-refundable, with no cancellations or date changes allowed due to pre-purchased tickets.
It is mandatory that every customer bring a valid ID or Passport for security checks, and entry will not be granted without proper documentation.
This activity is not wheelchair accessible. If you have limited mobility, you should not take part either.
Saint Peter’s Basilica is subject to last-minute closures for religious ceremonies. When this occurs, we're happy to offer customers an extended tour of the Vatican Museums.
Access to St. Peter’s Basilica may be unavailable on Wednesday mornings due to the Papal Audience held St.Peter's Square. The tour itinerary will be adjusted to provide an enhanced experience in the Vatican Museums.
Check-in is 15 minutes prior to the booked tour start time.
