  • For individuals staying at hotels located in Cancun downtown, the meeting point will be at the Hotel Bonampak, to which they should arrive on their own.
  • For individuals staying at hotels located in Downtown Playa del Carmen or outskirts, meeting point will be at The Reef Coco Beach. (no service pick-up for hotels at downtown).
  • The schedule of pick up at the meeting point will be notified when confirming the service.
  • Admission fee into the archaeological site is NOT included, and will be payable upon entrance. This is governed by the local municipality and we have no control over this. The amount is usually approximately 481 Pesos per person.
