What you can expect

  • Step into the shoes of a sommelier for a day. In this interactive experience, be presented with 5 exquisite Kefalonian labels—from the crisp, mineral Robola to the deep, velvety Mavrodaphne.

Your mission? To unlock their secrets using the 5 S’s of Professional Tasting: Sight, Swirl, Sniff, Sip, and Savor.

Identify the brilliant gold or ruby hues, hunt for notes of citrus blossom, flinty minerals, or wild mint, and measure the body and acidity that give the wines their famous “crunchy” freshness. Experience the lingering aftertaste that defines a truly great vintage.

Enjoy an interactive session led by a wine expert on the history and production of local varieties. Pair your wine with a selection of local cheeses, crackers, or light snacks specifically chosen to complement the wine profiles.
