Avoid Lisbon traffic and crowded minivans: start your private adventure directly in Sintra with a local operator! Take the fast, convenient train from Lisbon to maximize your day.

Your Itinerary & Monuments Strategy:
We guide you through the region's absolute best spots, allowing you to explore the monuments at your own pace (we do not enter the sites with you).

• Quinta da Regaleira (Our Main Stop): We kick off the morning with Sintra's most mystical estate. Wander through lush gardens, explore hidden tunnels, and marvel at the famous Initiation Well. Note: Requires a scenic 10-minute walk through the historic center due to local traffic restrictions (not recommended for low mobility).
• Pena Palace (We Do Not Recommend): To protect your experience from extreme mass tourism, agonizing indoor queues, and severe road delays, we do not recommend or include the interior of the Pena Palace. Instead, we cruise the spectacular mountain routes. You can decide on the spot if you want to buy a “Pena Park” ticket (€12) online via smartphone to explore the outer terraces and view the castle architecture without the stress.
• The Wild Atlantic Coast & Cascais: After the monuments, we head into the wild. Drive along the dramatic cliffs of Cabo da Roca, feel the Atlantic breeze at Praia do Guincho, and finish the day in the beautiful coastal town of Cascais—perfect for catching a train back with a sunset view by the ocean.

  Suzuki Samurai Cabriolet: Open-top for sunny days (soft top carried for emergencies).
