How To Use
Once you received the ticket, please secure your preferred date and timeslot.
Upon confirmation of date/time via the link, there is no change of timeslot upon e-ticket with barcode being issued.
Please arrive no later than 45 minutes from above selected time. If the park’s capacity has been reached, you may be required to wait till there is availability

Know before you book
- Children must be accompanied by an adult. Admission for child below 3 years old is free.
- All visitors are required to book their visit date and time via WRS online portal before visiting the parks. Visits are limited to five guests per group
- All onsite promotions and purchases have been temporarily suspended for your safety. Tickets can only be purchased through membership portal and WRS online portal.
- Suspended promotions include PAssion Silver/NTUC, SAFRA, PAssion card/PAssion POSB debit card 1-for-1 promotions, as well as special discounts such as Wild Birthday, NCSS, and Taxi Tourist Guide schemes.
- The service provider will send you a separate email with your actual ticket 24 hours before your travel date. This ticket will be the one recognized by the attraction.
