River Wonders:
- Identification may be required upon redemption.
- Exit and re-enter the park on the same day during operation hours. Please get the stamp chop from the gantry staff.
- Amazon River Quest will close at 6.00 pm (Last ride at 6:00 pm, first come-first served basis)
- Amazonia Encounter will close at 6.00 pm
- Giant Panda Forest will close at 6.15 pm
Amazon River Quest Boat Ride:
- Please note that Amazon River Quest will be closed from 12 Sep – 28 Sep 2023 for annual maintenance.
- Last ride is at 6:00pm.
- For safety reasons, guests must be at least 1.06m to ride. Children between 1.06m and 1.35m must be accompanied by a supervising adult. Guest must be able to transfer onto the boat unaided.
- Please also note that the boat ride involves moderate acceleration, elevation changes and minor bumping. As a result, guests with the following conditions shall not ride.
- Expectant mothers
- Motion sickness or dizziness
- Heart conditions or abnormal blood pressure
- Back and/or neck disorder
- Impaired physical health
- Persons in wheelchair

- Please ensure that your coach drivers avoid using Coach Bay 3 and 5 at Mandai Wildlife East (Singapore Zoo, Night Safari side), as these are reserved for Mandai City Express and Mandai Khatib Shuttle (MKS) services. To prevent congestion, kindly use other available bays for drop-offs and parking.
