How to Redeem:

  • You can only redeem, register and activate your eSIM upon arrival in Singapore.
  • Once you touch down in Singapore, connect to airport Wi-Fi and visit our self-registration portal.
  • Input the redemption code (GXxxxxxxxx) provided in your Purchase Confirmation email and click “Apply” to proceed with eSIM registration. Refer to SIM registration guide here.
  • Upon successful eSIM registration, eSIM QR will be prompted immediately. You will receive the eSIM QR via email as well.

How to Install E-Sim

Before setting up, please ensure that your device supports eSIM and you have data connectivity (e.g. Wi-Fi).

  • Go to device “Settings”
  • Select “Add eSIM / Add Cellular Plan / Add Mobile Plan / Add Data Plan”
  • Scan the QR code provided when prompted
