Your day starts off with a trip to the local market where you'll be instructed on how to choose the ingredients correctly as well as get the items you need for the days cooking ahead. You will cook four delicious Thai courses, each one from scratch with a professional chef. Dishes include tom yum (hot and sour soup), pad thai (stir-fried rice noodles), sweet & sour stir fry with rice, and khao neow ma muang (mango sticky rice) .
