Welcome to Maniace, in a territory almost unheard of for viticulture, where the Nebrodi Mountains meet the influence of the Simeto River and the majesty of Mount Etna. Our company was founded with a specific goal: to enhance a unique terroir at an altitude of 1,200 meters, through a craft approach and the utmost respect for biodiversity.
The Heroic Vineyards Tour
Your experience will begin with a guided tour of our vineyards, which are called “heroic” because of the climatic conditions and the slopes on which they grow, on clay and limestone soils. We will tell you what it means to be “steward winemakers” and how we practice agroecology to preserve this mountain ecosystem.
The Sensory Journey
We will continue in the cellar and in our tasting room for a sensory journey that celebrates the taut elegance and freshness of our wines. You will taste our signature labels, including:
• Our Bollicine d'Alta Montagna, the product of a unique territory.
• Chardonnay and Frappato, vinified to express an authentic and vibrant minerality.
Each sip is a liquid narrative of our land, accompanied by small tastings that recall the authentic flavors of the Nebrodi.
