What you can expect

My home is located a short walk from the main squares in the historic center. TOGETHER, WE WILL COOK a pasta primo (first course), a vegetable side dish, and a traditional Sicilian dessert, all accompanied by fine Sicilian wine.
The dishes we will prepare will depend on what the season has to offer, and we will use only fresh ingredients. During the preparation, you can take notes and photos, and I will provide the recipes.
We will enjoy all the food we prepared together, comfortably seated around the table!
The experience will be conducted in English.
