During the class we make from scratch some of the most traditional Sicilian pastries and we will prepare the shells and we will learn the secret of the sicilian ricotta. I will talk about food storytelling by a Sicilian cuisine and culture connoisseur We will taste the pastries made accompanied by sweet wine and coffee or tea I will give you a recipes booklet on line and a take away box with the pastrie made
