Get ready for a full-day adventure that combines two of Cebu’s most iconic experiences Whale Shark Swimming in Oslob and Kawasan Falls Canyoneering in Badian all in one unforgettable journey.
Your day starts early with a hotel pick-up from your selected area (Cebu City, Mandaue City, Lapu-Lapu/Mactan, or Moalboal/Badian, depending on your chosen option). Sit back and enjoy a scenic drive along Cebu’s coastline as you head south toward Oslob. Upon arrival in Oslob, you’ll register and attend a short briefing about safety rules and responsible interaction with the whale sharks. Then it’s time to enter the water. Wearing a life vest and snorkeling gear, you’ll swim alongside the gentle giants as they glide gracefully just a few feet away. This experience offers incredible close-up views and unforgettable photo opportunities, all under the supervision of trained local guides.
After the whale shark encounter, you’ll proceed to Badian for the canyoneering adventure. You’ll be provided with safety gear including a helmet, life vest, and aqua shoes, followed by a comprehensive safety briefing. The canyoneering route takes you through tropical jungle trails, river trekking, swimming through emerald waters, natural rock slides, optional cliff jumps, and narrow canyon passages all guided and suitable for both beginners and adventure seekers.
The adventure concludes at Kawasan Falls, where you can relax, swim in the stunning turquoise pools, and take photos of the iconic cascading waterfalls.
After canyoneering, you’ll head to Ambak Canyoneering Seaview Campsite, where you can enjoy your lunch in a relaxing seaside setting overlooking the ocean. This is the perfect time to rest, refuel, and take in the coastal views before the journey back.
The tour ends with a comfortable return transfer and hotel drop-off at your original pick-up location, completing a well-organized day filled with marine encounters, natural beauty, and thrilling adventure.
“Please note that additional charges may apply if drop-off is requested at a location different from the original pick-up area depending on distance.”
