Eat some delicious native food and/or drinks alongside the beach at The Fort Montagu, the oldest fort in The Bahamas with a brief history lesson at The Collins House.

Collins Avenue

Collins House, also known as Centreville House, is a historic mansion in Nassau, Bahamas, that has served as a private residence, a school, and most recently, the Ministry of Education. It was rebuilt with reinforced concrete after a 1929 hurricane destroyed the original wooden structure. Today, it is undergoing a long-planned transformation into the National Museum of the Bahamas.
