Head to the Bund to see the iconic colonial buildings along the Huangpu River(The Bund's International Architecture Expo). It served as the financial center of old Shanghai and was the hub for foreign trade institutions. The tour guide will take you on a tour of these historic buildings while sharing the stories behind them.

Take a ferry to visit Lujiazui area, which is the financial center of China. Go and experience how the locals commute between the two sides of the river by ferry every day. And you can take an amazing selfie with the Oriental Pearl Tower.

Have a lunch break here. Enjoy the local snacks or sit in a nice restaurant for a nice meal. \ Then, you can enjoy the delicacy and elegance of the classical gardens in the South of the Yangtze River, wander through its serene ponds, rockeries, pavilions, and intricate architecture. You can also buy a variety of interesting souvenirs and specialties from Fuyou commodity market(really cheap with good quiatly). You can also explore the nearby City God Temple, which is a Taoist temple dedicated to the city god of Shanghai. Inside, you can see different halls for specific gods, bell tower, drum tower, etc.

After dinner, head back to the Bund to see the buildings lit up at night. It's a completely different experience from the morning. Enjoy the ligthing show and take a promonade here for Shanghai flavor.
