Led by professional instructors with English instruction available, you’ll learn real Shaolin fundamentals through guided practice. Depending on the class type you choose, you may work on basic stances, coordination, balance, and simple combinations; or focus on controlled breathing and gentle movement in Shaolin Health Qigong; or explore Zen Archery, where posture, breath, and concentration come together in a calm and mindful practice.
