What you can expect

  • Mount Etna is rich in volcanic caves, full of wonders and spectacular tunnels. With the names of the Etna DOC line, we wanted to convey the significance of the area's uniqueness and the feeling of a one-of-a-kind experience.
    The fruit of vines bathed in the Sicilian sun that gaze out at the sea from the slopes of Etna and marvel at it, these wines are made exclusively from native Carricante, Cataratto, Nerello Mascalese and Nerello Cappuccio grapes from our family's vineyards located between 850 and 900 meters above sea level, with roots that sink into soils of volcanic origin.

    Our oils are produced under 4 labels (Oil 02 is currently unavailable), each of which reflects the nuances of a region that is diverse in terms of soil, climate and flora. The Nocellara Etnea, the queen variety of the volcano, is present, in varying proportions, in our 4 production lines, each of which refers to quality designations and labels (PDO and PGI).
