What you can expect

  • We invite you to discover the unique elegance and beauty of Korea.

In a 2017 survey conducted by the National Museum of Korea, 70% of respondents said the most memorable exhibits were the hand axe and the comb-pattern pottery. Many visitors only remember the entrance hall of the museum.

But there is so much more.

Join us at the National Museum of Korea, where Korea’s cultural heritage comes to life. From ancient times to the present, we’ll share stories of Buddhism and ceramics - two elements that have deeply shaped Korean history and everyday life.

Experience the refined taste and timeless beauty of the Korean people, and explore the proud story of Korea through its treasured artifacts.
