Discover the true flavors of Italy’s fashion capital on our Secret Food Tour: Milan, where history, local tradition, and multicultural influences meet on the plate. Guided by a passionate local food expert, we begin your journey with a true Lombard classic: a delicious, creamy risotto prepared with savory Taleggio cheese and sweet pears. This opening dish sets the stage for a tour that balances sophisticated northern elegance with the rustic soul of the south.

From there, we’ll take you through the trendy and lively Navigli district. As you walk along the historic canals, you’ll enjoy a golden arancina, one of Italy’s most iconic and beloved street foods. It’s the perfect way to see how Milan has become a melting pot for flavors from Sicily to Puglia.

As we pass some of Milan’s oldest churches and architectural wonders, your guide will introduce you to a local pride: the unique Milanese-style pizza. Unlike the thin Neapolitan version, this local staple is wonderfully fluffy and served with premium toppings. To conclude our walk, we’ll dive into the world of sweets with a traditional pasticciotto, a flaky pastry filled with rich custard!

We’ll end on a high note with a serving of the city’s finest artisanal gelato, crafted with exceptional care and natural, seasonal ingredients. Finally, you’ll get to experience our famous Secret Dish, served with a special seasonal side that remains a surprise until the very end!
