The experience begins at Gaby’s Restaurant in downtown Vallarta, where you will meet your host before walking to the famous Emiliano Zapata Market. At the market you will discover fresh seafood, local ingredients and traditional spices while learning about Mexican coastal cuisine. After selecting ingredients, we return to the restaurant for a fun hands-on cooking class. You will learn to prepare authentic Mexican seafood dishes such as fresh ceviche, fish tacos, shrimp specialties and traditional salsas using classic techniques.
