Begin your journey with a convenient hotel pickup in Sapa town center. Meet your local driver and set off on a scenic ride through winding mountain roads and breathtaking rice terrace valleys.

Make your first stop at Cat Cat Village, one of the most well-known villages in the area. Explore traditional houses, small waterfalls, and learn about the daily life of the Black Hmong people.

Continue the ride deeper into the stunning Muong Hoa Valley toward Y Linh Ho village. This peaceful village is surrounded by dramatic rice terraces and mountains, offering incredible panoramic views and a glimpse into rural life.

Next, visit Lao Chai village, one of the largest Hmong communities in the valley. Along the way, see farmers working in the fields, buffalo grazing on the terraces, and traditional wooden houses scattered across the hills.

The journey then continues to Ta Van village, home to the Giay ethnic minority. Here, enjoy a special hands-on cultural activity: traditional batik painting. Local artisans will introduce you to the ancient technique of wax-resist dyeing, where patterns are drawn using hot wax before the fabric is dyed with natural indigo.

This unique experience allows you to try the process yourself and create your own traditional batik design while learning about the cultural meaning behind the patterns.

Throughout the day, travel through scenic mountain roads, stop at beautiful viewpoints, and experience the authentic culture of Sapa’s ethnic minority communities.
